The Camp Family, including Taylor (gr 5), gave a presentation on beekeeping at BEE NIGHT! The McDaniels Family, including Charlotte (gr 4), also talked about their experiences and what it was like to have an apiary. Thanks to the Camp and McDaniels families and to Mrs. Myers for organzing the fun and informative event!

A Note from the Principal’s Desk…
I am writing to inform you of a staffing change that took place on Friday, December 20, 2019.
Prior to me being hired as Mother Seton School Principal, the Daughters of Charity asked Sister Mary Catherine to assist the new principal in adapting to the Daughters of Charity charism, and the Mother Seton School culture and mission. As the Director of Mission Integration, Sister Mary Catherine has done this graciously for the last six months.
The Daughters of Charity have now asked that Sister Mary Catherine transition from working in the School to having more of a presence in the Emmitsburg community. Sister Mary Catherine is happy to be in Emmitsburg and will serve the community in a variety of ways.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Sister Mary Catherine for the guidance she has given me over the last six months, and I look forward to the positive impact she will have ministering to the people of Emmitsburg.
