A Message From the Principal

Dear Families,

Thank you to everyone who participated in Penny Power. I appreciate your generosity. Congratulations to Sister Margaret Ann’s first-grade class and all the classroom winners.

Thank you to Devynn Grubby and all the volunteers who made Friday’s Trunk or Treat a success. Our next HSA event will be Gift Card Bingo on Saturday, November 19. I hope to see you there.

November 23 marks the final day of the first trimester. Please make sure all assignments are turned in and make-up work is completed.

We will have a Thanksgiving Mass on Monday, November 21, at 10:30. All are welcome to attend.

During November, we pray for the loved ones of our MSS community who have died in the past year. Please see the details in the Tuesday News below to submit the name/names of those you would like remembered. Their names will be entered into our Book of Prayers. We will have a special memorial display in the atrium beginning in mid-November.

Have a Blessed Week!

Sincerely,

Toys for Tommy

The National Junior Honor Society is collecting new and unwrapped toys & books for this year's Toys for Tommy, in partnership with Delone Catholic HS. Tommy Laudani was an MSS alum who passed away from a rare form of cancer. In his memory, toys are donated to the Johns Hopkins "Snowflake Station", a place where the parents can "shop" for gifts for their children who are in a doctor's care.

If you are able to donate a new toy or book, it is greatly appreciated!
