On May 28, we welcomed back several of our alumni from the Class of 2015 who graduated high school this year for a Senior Walk!

Come be a part of planning for next year!

We are looking for parents willing to be officers/event chairs and help lead the HSA! All our efforts are for the students, but we are only as successful as our volunteers help us to be. Join us and make  a difference for our school!

June 4: Gr 8 Hershey Park Trip (Rain Date 6/7)

June 6: Gr 8 Awards Banquet, Gr. 8 dismisses @Noon

June 7: Field Day; Gr. 8 dismisses @ 10:30a

LAST DAY FOR AFTER SCHOOL CARE - INVOICES WILL BE SENT HOME JUNE 11th

June 9: Gr 8 Graduation, 4:00p at Basilica

June 11: Pre-K Graduation; 12:30p Dismissal

June 12: Dismissal 12:30p

June 13: LAST DAY Awards at 9:30a; Dismissal at 11:00a 

Students may come out of uniform


Report Cards

Standardized test scores and end of year report cards will e mailed the week of June 24. All fees/tuition must be paid in full to receive your report card.

The 19-20 School Calendar has been finalized, and we can share with you some major dates. The full calendar will be distributed in the summer mailing in July. 

Back to School Morning: Aug 30, 8:30-10:30a

First Day of School: Sep 3 (1/2 days on 3 & 4

Pre-K & K have staggered start days

Grandparents Day: Sep 20 (1/2 day)

Thanksgiving Holidays: Nov 27-29

Christmas Break: Dec 20-Jan 2

Easter Break: Apr 6-Apr 15

Graduation: Jun 7 (Gr 8); Jun 9 (Pre-K)

Last Week of School*: Jun 8-10, 12p dismissal

Last Day*: Jun 11, 11a dismissal

Cleaning out the backpacks?

We’ll still be collecting old markers and crayons through the end of the year! Drop yours off in the box in the atrium for recycling!


Art Contest

The Emmitsburg Lions Club is sponsoring an art contest on "community". Grades 2 & 6 will be participating through class assignment. The contest is open to grades 1-8. Please visit bit.ly/ArtContest19 for more information.
