A Message From the Principal

Dear Families,

Thank you to Mrs. Reaver for planning Friday’s Walk-a-Thon, and thank you to all those who volunteered. Except for about 20 minutes, the rain held off, and we had a great day.

Congratulations to all of our students who participated in Monday's talent show. Students entertained the student body with dancing, singing, piano playing, and more. It was wonderful to see so many talents. Thank you, and congratulations, to the tech crew members and the show’s emcees. Their attention to detail and care for the students made the show a memorable experience for everyone. Thank you also to Mrs. McIlrath, Mrs. Burns, and Ms. Trainor for organizing the show.

I look forward to seeing our students’ choices for Thursday’s Spirit Week Career Day. It will be exciting to see what careers our students select and how they represent them in costume!

Our May Crowning will happen on May 26 at 9:00 a.m., followed by an all-school Mass. Weather permitting, the Crowning will occur outside, and the Mass will be indoors. As there is limited seating for the Mass, we ask you to sign-up here if you will be attending. We want to make sure we have enough room.

Have a Blessed Week!

Sincerely,

Kathleen J. Kilty, PhD
Principal

Good Soil Farm CSA

Join Good Soil Farm's CSA and 10% of CSA sales from Mother Seton School go back to the school!

VIEW FLIER

What is a CSA? It stands for Community Supported Agriculture and it represents a beautiful relationship where the farmers know who they are feeding and the customers know the farmer!

Customers are more than just consumers-they are members of the CSA who commit to supporting the local farm by buying a share of vegetables at the start of the season. Then, each week throughout the season, the members come to the farm and get their share of vegetables that were harvested that week!

We hope to begin harvesting mid-May and the CSA lasts 15 to 22 weeks, depending on the weather.

Our CSA has various sizes available:

Large share (family): $750 for the season

Medium share (couple): $425 for the season

Small share (singles): $250 for the season
