Mount St. Mary's University Mens and Womens basketball program is teaming up with Mother Seton School's Home & School Association to help support Mother Seton School. Come enjoy Mount basketball while helping Mother Seton School raise funds!
This is an easy way to raise money for Mother Seton School while enjoying high-level Division 1 basketball. Seriously, over $7,000!
Volunteer incentives:
- The game day you signed for, your student(s) and a supervising adult will get into the game free. Make it a family outing!
- Each parent/guardian/friend/family member that volunteers will earn their student(s) an 'Out of Uniform' pass for that game, no limits! So volunteer as many times as possible! (list your student(s) name when signing up).
- Classroom playoffs - New this year-bragging rights! Each month, the class with the most volunteers will win a free donut party for their class. The basketball season is 4 months long-- thats 4+ parties sponsored by the HSA.
- But thats not it....the class with the most overall volunteers for the entire season will win a pizza and ice cream party!
- Each volunteer will earn MSS HSA $35 per game. With 10 volunteers per game needed and 20+ home games, we could raise $7,000+. That's a huge donation to MSS and our students!
The Mount is putting together a brief video on what is expected of volunteers. But until then, here's what you need to know:
- Arrive prior to the game (times listed on sign-up are the arrival time), sign-in, and go to your designated section.
- Check certain tickets, assist people by pointing them in the right direction, and enjoy the game.
- Towards the end of each game, we will line up on the court to allow the away team a path to leave and then assist with checking for trash.
Have your friends and family members sign up so you can all work together for a fun night! Earn money for the school and crazy incentives for your students!
