After School Care
Available to registered MSS students only. The After School Care schedule will include homework club – a quiet place to complete homework for grade 3-8 students, snacks, indoor and outdoor play, and a weekly craft.

Because we need to ensure appropriate staffing at all times, we are implementing new procedures this year:
· A late fee will be charged to families who pick up after their designated time, whether 4:30 PM or 6:00 PM: $10 per child for the first fifteen minutes late plus $1 per child per minute after. This fee will also be charged to families who use the service on days not contracted without prior approval.
· Students not picked up within half an hour of dismissal (12:30 PM on a half-day, 3:30 PM on a regular day) will be charged the same late pick-up fee: $10 per child for the first fifteen minutes late plus $1 per child per minute after.
· Families are responsible for their weekly charges regardless of whether you use the service for the full time you registered for.
· On half-days, an additional flat charge of $10 per child will be added to your weekly fee to cover the additional three hours of care (12:00-3:00 PM). Only those pre-registered for After School Care may use the service on half-days.
· Families who need to adjust their schedules may contact finance@mothersetonschool.org. We will do our best to accommodate additions or changes whenever possible.
To secure a spot, families must register and pay the $100 fee no later than August 18, 2023. A $75 credit will be issued on your final statement at the end of the year. Should you change your mind, you may receive a full refund if you cancel your registration by September 1, 2023. Students may be added to Before and After School Care throughout the year on a case-by-case basis if there is space available. Please visit your SchoolAdmin account to register and pay the fee.
