Greetings, everyone. I am Sr. Regina Hlavac, a Daughter of Charity who taught at MSS several years ago and knows many of the school families. I am happy to be back here working in a new ministry for our school.
I am the Mission Integration Coordinator for MSS and for Elizabeth Seton High School in Bladensburg, MD. My role at our two Mother Seton schools is to be a “Vincentian presence” and to help all of our school constituents learn more about what it means to be “Vincentian” and how we can live out that charism in our lives.
It is my great joy to be back again with the MSS families. I look forward to meeting you all at some point during the school year. I will be writing some Vincentian thoughts in the weekly newsletters. If you need to get in touch with me, please don’t hesitate to email me.
Blessings and prayers, and may the intercession of Saints Elizabeth Seton, Vincent de Paul, Louise de Marillac, and Catherine Laboure be in your hearts forever.
“Be not lax in celebrating. Be not lazy in the festive service of God. Be ablaze with enthusiasm!” (Hildegard von Bingen)
