Rob Judge, MSS Class of 1985, recently returned to his roots here in Emmitsburg as Development Relations Director for the Seton Shrine. After MSS, Rob attended Delone Catholic High School, graduating in 1989, and then went on to Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio, where he majored in business. In addition, Rob has completed most of the course work necessary for a Masters in Theology at the University of Dallas. After working in sales and marketing for software and technology companies for well over a decade, Rob accepted the position at the Shrine. He is excited to be working at the Shrine in a position which provides the opportunity to combine his theology background with his business expertise. When asked what it's like to be back in Emmitsburg, Rob said "Working for the Shrine feels like a homecoming to me. Mother Seton was so formidable to me in my early years while I was at Mother Seton school that it is just a real joy to be promoting devotion to her. Our hope for the shrine is that more and more pilgrims will be drawn closer to Christ through her example and intercession, and I am thrilled to be a part of the mission here." Rob and his wife Kathleen live in Hagerstown with their six children, four boys and two girls, ranging in age from 2 to 12. |
