| Jennifer Blakeslee: Jennifer is a graduate of MSS. She was both humbled and proud to have been asked to join the Board of Directors. Jennifer attended St. Francis University in Loretto, PA and graduated with a degree in Social Work. She is currently the Director of the Alzheimer/Dementia Unit of Country Meadows of Frederick; she previously worked for The Arc of Frederick County, most recently as an Assistant Director. Jennifer has worked in the field of Cognitive Impairments for 16+ years. She is looking forward to her time on the Board and to be a part of MSS' continued success. |
Sr. Francine Brown: Sr. Francine is Administrative Assistant for the Renovation Steering Committee regarding the Provincial House Transformation process. She has served in various capacities in health/mental health and child and family services at Daughter of Charity ministries and has extensive experience in Board membership for Vincentian and Diocesan health care and social service agencies. |
John Cecil: John, a CPA, is currently the Chairman of the MSS Finance Committee as well as a Board member. John's two daughters graduated from Mother Seton. |
Msgr. Martin Field: Fr. Marty has been Pastor of St Joseph's in Taneytown for over 13 years. He is a graduate of St. Mary's Seminary, Class of '59. His parish sends 59 children to MSS and, Father provides bus transportation for his parishioners to attend the school. |
Peter Fitzpatrick Esq.: Peter has been part of the Mother Seton School family for many years, having attended for his elementary education and his mother Barbara Fitzpatrick taught at MSS for over 10 years. Peter graduated from Syracuse University in 1991 and Widener University School of Law in 1995. Peter joined Mother Seton School Board in September 2010, wishing to assist the school to further its mission, bringing extensive experience in business and corporate law. He is Of Counsel with The Stern Group Frederick MD. |
Michael Forrence: Mike is a graduate of St. Joseph's High School in Emmitsburg and Loyola University. His two sons are both MSS grads. He has volunteered in a number of capacities at MSS for the past 15 years. His wife Sharon taught at MSS for several years. He is also active member of St. Joseph Parish, Emmitsburg. Mike is President and General Manager of VoxCom Solutions in Emmitsburg. |
Drew Getty Esq.: Drew attended Catholic elementary and high school in Cumberland before moving on to Dickinson College and University of Baltimore, School of Law. He is an Associate at Miles & Stockbridge.

Sr. JoAnne Goecke: Sr. JoAnne is the current principal of MSS. She has been an educator for much of her career, both as a teacher and as an administrator, and has also worked as a member of the Provincial Council of the Daughters of Charity for a number of years.

James McCarron: James has a long standing relationship with the Daughters of Charity, beginning with his elementary education at a Daughter school in Wheaton, and continuing that relationship with MSS. James is active at St. Joseph Parish, Taneytown, and serves as Mayor of Taneytown.

Frank Miller, Jr.: Frank is Executive Director of the American Red Cross of Central Maryland. He is an active member of St. Joseph Taneytown. He has been associated in various capacities with MSS for the past 17 years and most recently served on the Capital Campaign for the Expansion Project.

Barbara Onofrey: Barbara, who lives in Gettysburg, recently retired after serving as an associate professor in the Education Department at Mount St. Mary University. She has taught at the elementary level in both Catholic and public schools. She has served on the Board of St. John's Regional School in Frederick and is a member of St. Joseph's Parish in Emmitsburg. She regularly volunteers at MSS assisting with students in the classroom. She has a strong background in teacher education at the elementary level.

Raymond Page: Raymond is the President and General Manager of Bill Page Motors in Falls Church, VA. He is a graduate of D.C. area Catholic schools and James Madison University. His aunt, Sr. Mary Frances Cumberland, served as a Daughter of Charity for over 50 years.

Dan Reaver: Dan, MSS class of 1975, has been the President and Part Owner of the Emmitsburg Glass Company for over 20 years. He graduated from St. Mary's College with a B.A. in Economics. Both his daughters attended Mother Seton School.

Larry Underriner: Larry has an extensive background in physical plant management and engineering, having spent 9 years as an engineering consultant for the Daughters of Charity National Health System and another 15 years at the Provincial House in Emmitsburg as Assistant Administrator of Plant Operations. Now retired, he provides the Board with invaluable expertise in building matters, including "green" options.
