Before and after care services are available on full school days. A separate registration for each child is required for this service. Applications are distributed to families with the summer information packet and registrations are due prior to the opening day of school. Additional fees are charged for this service.
The after school program includes time for outdoor or indoor play and snack, a homework period, games, craft projects, and group activities. While a homework time is provided, the After Care staff cannot provide the kind of close supervision and assistance parents can provide at home. Therefore, parents are responsible for reviewing to assure completion of assignments, sufficient study, and preparation for the next day’s classes.

Before School Care, Grades K-8: 7:00 - 8:00 a.m.
Extended Day, PreK: 11:15 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
After School Care, PreK-8: 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.

After School Care, K-8: Dismissal until 6:00 p.m.
Parents or those authorized by parents will sign the children out of the after care program daily. The sign out book is located on the podium in the after care room.
After Care is open from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. on all full school days and scheduled early dismissal days except the first and last days of school.
Extended Day and After Care are open only 2 hours after an emergency early dismissal.
Students may attend provided all required forms and fees have been submitted to the office.

Staffing is set according to the number of students registered for each session. We need a minimum of 6 children (Full-time equivalent) enrolled in each program by August 1, 2012 in order to operate the program for the 2012-2013 school year. Full-time applicants will receive priority for acceptance in the program. Part-time applicants will be given permission to attend if space is available.
A non-refundable registration fee and for new families only a non-refundable Program Deposit are required for all Pre-K students:

$20.00 One child 10% of the total Program Fee due with registration form.
$30.00 Two children (see deposit amount due on registration form attached).

See Registration Form for fee schedule. Program fees will be added to and considered part of your total tuition bill. Program fees will be due based on the payment plan selected when you registered for the Pre-K Program (annual, semi-annual, quarterly, or monthly).
Late Fees After Care - $5.00 within first 5 minutes after 6:00 p.m.; additional fee of $15.00 charged after 6:05 p.m.
